I love interacting with my friends on social media. Now that my friends are all over the country at different colleges, it's an especially great way to stay in touch while hundreds or thousands of miles away! Recently, however, I've taken social media one step further by following news outlets, politicians, and more on Twitter!
Women in politics like Hillary Clinton, Condoleezza Rice, and Nancy Pelosi tweet fairly frequently considering how busy they are! Not only do you get empowering messages, you can also see all of the fun places they travel to and the awesome things they do when they get there.
